We delivered the new wide plank hardwood floors from Hull Forest Products as part of our elegant floor service. We allowed the flooring to acclimate properly, and after taking temperature, humidity, and moisture readings, we prepared the subfloor. After sanding the plywood, we applied a coat of Bona 540 moisture barrier primer. 


For the installation of the new elegant hardwood floors, we utilized a glue/nail assist method. Once the floors were sanded, we applied one coat of stain, mixing 2 parts Grey and 1 part white, followed by one coat of Intenseseal and two coats of Traffic HD commercial grade waterborne urethane, ensuring a high-quality finish typical of our wood floor refinishing services.
